SNOW

This morning when I woke up I heard that scraping sound I hear every winter SHOVELING! So I peaked out my window to see the campus covered in snow. I really like snow as long as it is not slippery and is not cold. Oh also it has to look pretty because I do not like it when it gets all dirty. So I have not written you an A+ Haiku in a really long time so i think that i will for this occasion

I Miss the Old Times

So today I was thinking and I thought of the Old Disney Shows and I really miss those and they never have reruns of them anymore. So these are my favorite old shows

1. Lizzie McGuire. So I still love Hilary Duff. And I had a huge crush on that boy in Lizzie McGuire not Gordo he was a weirdo but that other boy. I think Lizzie had a crush on him. Anyways I really miss Gordo, Miranda and Lizzie oh and their enemy Kate. Also their clothes were so werid and I miss that.
2. Even Stevens. I also still love Shia LeBeauf. I thought he was so funny and he always managed to make his sister Wren so mad. Also Wren had crazy friends that I loved because they annoyed me.
   
3. Phil of the Future. I love Ricky Ullman. I thought he was uber hot. This show was funny. His little sister Pim was always trying to take over the world and his parents were nuts and clueless. This made the show hilarious. I miss it!

So those are my main three that I really miss. I probably have more like Kim Impossible. Is that still on? I kinda liked it. Anyways you want to know one show that I do not miss at all and that they should stop showing reruns of? That's So Raven is the MOST ANNOYING SHOW EVER!!! I hate it and always will

These Up North Folk

So today in geology we were looking at maps of Wisconsin. I am from Waukesha, Wisconsin which is located near Milwaukee. Today I learned that apparently that does not "count" as WI. We had to find the elevation of certain cities in WI. Like Gillett, Merril (my roomie is from here), Rib Mountain. Now I have no idea where the hell these cities are and my lab partner was from Chicago. That was no help at all. So we are looking at this map and i am like i think Gillet is over in this area. I was right but there were no cities labeled on the map in that area. Then we asked a TA and she was like "What! Everyone knows where that is. Where are you girls from?" So Becky said Chicago and I said Milwaukee and she was like oh so neither of you are actually from WI. I was like I am and she just looked at me and said "Not Really" SERIOUSLY!!?!?!?!! So then she told us that none of the things we had to find were actually written on the map because everyone should know where they are. GRRRR i want to go back to my city now!

Stories from Elementary School

I went to a Catholic elementary school and I have some funny stories of things that went on during my time there. You might not think these are funny at all because you do not know the people but I really hope you enjoy them.

1. Once in third grade we were rehearsing for mass. The church was starting to decorate for advent and christmas so they had just brought in these huge christmas trees. As we were practicing the first reading all of a sudden a bird flew out of the tree and started flying around the church. Lots of us were screaming and then our teacher mad us leave the church because we were not behaving.
2. Sometimes i was a mean kid. There were these two twins in my class. Their last name was Mathie and they always used to pretend that they were martians and lived on mars because their last name started with m. well they were sort of a part of my group of friends but one day no one wanted to play with them at recess. Lizzie confronted me after recess and asked why we would not play with her and i responded by saying something so mean. I still actually regret this and feel awful. I told her that her and her whole family could just jump on that spaceship and head right back to mars becasue no one wanted them here on earth. As a result of this i got in major trouble with Mrs. DuVall in fact she made me cry. (sorry this one was not funny)
3. When I was little we learned how to tell time on a clock right. Well i had a watch and it was digital so i figured that learning how to tell time on an actual clock was irrelevant so i just never learned it. Then in 3rd grade we had a test on it and i failed. After that Sr. Teresa made me sit in the back of the classroom with Kevin until i learned how to tell time. This was so embarrassing that i did not tell my mom until 3 years ago
   
4. One time i had a huge crush on this kid matthew. My brother sat with him at lunch one day and told him

yup those are my stories for today. Sorry kind of a let down many of them/ all of them are not that funny at all

Recently I have become very bored. No surprise correct? In my boredom I have noticed that when I speak I say things that are not even words. This month I am going to strive to improve my language when speaking. I am going to try to eliminate the following words from my speech.

Recently I gave a presentation in my music education class and in 10 min I said alright 5 times and ok 26. That is unacceptable and I am going to try to fix it. I hope this quest works and I am perfect at the end. JOKING but this is something I need to work on.

To Our Fans from Joe, Kevin and Nick:

It is our normal rule to avoid talking about our private lives. It seems that it has come to the point where we must address a few things. We would prefer to address these things and then leave it alone from that point forward.

We felt like it was important to respond because recent events have affected our fans. It is important to us as artists and brothers to enlighten regarding this situation. Our fans are the most important thing to us.

There are rumors and suggestions that are being publicized in the press right now about us. Like all people our age we are trying to find someone special that we can share time with in our busy lives. We all have busy schedules and high demands. We love our life and are thankful for all that we have. We are simply stating that it is difficult to maintain relationships with the kind of life we live.

We love our fans and it is important to us to protect that relationship.

To Our Fans from Joe:

This blog is not an attack of anyone. Anytime you are in a relationship for any length of time there are going to be issues. Sometimes they resolve. Other times they lead to a change of heart. This was the case recently.

Several things I will state with all my heart…

I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me.

For those who have expressed concern over the "27 second" phone call. I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone else ends the call. The only difference in this conversation was that I shared something the other person did not want to hear.

There were later attempts at communication that had no response.

I wish the best for the other person but could not sit back any longer and leave our fans with a wrong impression of the truth.

Hope this helps enlighten a little.

At first I thought that they did not write that but there are a few grammatical errors that leads me to believe that they did write it.

This took a lot of guts to write. They never ever write about or talk about their personal lives. I feel bad that Joe had to do this and I feel badly for doubting him

The silent treatment my roommate was giving me is over! Not sure why it started but it is done and we are talking.

The Silent Treatment

Remember when you were little and something happened that you thought was mean or something so you gave them the silent treatment? I gave my mom the silent treatment several times after being grounded. But usually I discovered that one this is very hard and two it was not solving anything. The reason I bring this up is because lately my dorm room has been a no talking zone. Now I did not do anything that I am aware of to piss off my roommate. She however has done several things to piss me off, but I have not told her because she has been in a really bad mood lately. So on Saturday I think that we said a few things to each other. In comparison to how much we usually say on the weekend it was nothing. Yesterday, which was Sunday, Nothing and I mean nothing. She did not talk to me at all and we were in the room together for several hours at a time. Nothing at all. Trust me this girl really likes to hear herself talk so I am very surprised that she did not speak. Now today, Monday, still nothing AT ALL. I feel like I am going insane and our room suddenly seems oh so small. I said hello to her this morning but she did not respond. Is she mad at me? What did I do? Why are we not talking? I have no answer for any of these questions. All I can do at this point is wait for the silent treatment to be over and to find out what I did if anything. As for now that waiting is slowly killing me. WAIT she just sneezed and I said Bless You and she said Thank You. Alas progress!! I will keep you posted on this. I am sure you are dying to find out more.

So nothing new as usual. It is really really cold here. Winter is upon us and I do not like it. In other news I am writing a story and it is kind of fun to do. I mean it is total crap but writing it is relaxing. And i have begun listening to Christmas music because i love it.

So.. Taylor Swift and Joe Jonas broke up. And he apparently called her to do it. Which I can sort of understand since they were in Europe when this took place. Taylor says it was only 27 seconds. I think that is rather rude. To dump a girl on the phone in 27 seconds. I think it is mean. I mean 27 seconds and you have barely said hello. Seriously Joe Jonas I am very disappointed in you.

Well I have nothing to say once again. I know that lately I have not been blogging daily which is my goal but I have just felt a real lack of inspiration lately I have no idea why.
